My name is Connor Fletcher, and I’m a growing Speedway Star.  I am currently 15 years old and live with my father, Ian Fletcher, who is supporting my adventures alongside my grandfather.

I am very proud of my achievements and grateful for the hard work a lot of people have put in to get me where I am today.  The league I am currently racing in is for young people and adults and is extremely competitive.  I am currently in Grasstrack League 125cc.  I will also be riding in the British 500cc (under 16) youth championships this year!

However, there are many expenses connected with running a speedway motorcycle which have been funded solely on our own and the support of a local business.

The major expense for the us is paying for the upkeep costs of the motorcycle and safety wear.  We are currently actively seeking sponsorships to help aid in the cost.

In return for business sponsorship, we will wear the company logo on our motorcycle or clothing.  In addition the business will be listed as our key sponsor on our website and any articles my motorcycle or myself are featured in.  Our races are also well attended by parents, scouts and an increasing number of spectators from around the country!

I believe that with the help of company sponsorships,  I will be able to achieve the standards that are needed to compete in a very competitive field.  I am extremely grateful for any help I receive--no mater how big or small.
